This privacy policy (hereinafter: PP) sets out the usage and protection of personal data and information that an individual (hereinafter: Client or Potential client respectively, as the case may be) provides:

(i) ​under an applicable Personal Training agreement (hereinafter the: Agreement) with Veronika’ s place (hereinafter the: Trainer or Veronika’s place)

(ii) while using Veronika’s place official website (https://www.veronikasplace.com/) for the purpose of submitting an inquiry for concluding an Agreement by filling out an online based form which enables obtaining an official offer or general information in respect to the Agreement.

1. General

1.1. The Trainer as a controller of personal data collects the following Client or Potential client information:

 

• name and surname,

• contact information including email address and phone number,

• demographic information such residence address etc.,

• other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers, (hereinafter all together: information or personal data)

​2. Usage of information

 

2.1. To assure proper services under each Agreement, the Trainer requires certain information to understand individual Client or Potential client needs and preferences.

 

2.2. Regarding the above, with the aim of bringing the Trainer’s services as close as possible to the needs of a specific Client or Potential client, the Trainer shall use the obtained personal data to:

 

• make contacts via phone, email, text message or mail to inform about any information regarding the Agreement, products and special offers,

​3. Security

 

3.1. ​Veronika’s place does not have access to Client credit card or other payment information, which is handled through the payment processor a Client chooses at checkout via website: https://www.veronikasplace.com.

 

​3.2. Veronika’s place is committed to ensure that all information is secure and shall in best endeavours use all efforts necessary to fulfil information protection and to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of information. Veronika’s place is aware of the responsibility regarding the handling of Client personal data. Therefore, the process of all personal data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Communications Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

​4. Storage period

 

4.1. Veronika’s place assures to keep information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and used, namely:

 

• information for communication purposes is processed for the time necessary to conclude the services under an applicable Agreement

 

• If there is a different legal storage period for individual data that is processed for the realization of contracts (e.g. accounting or tax data), the storage period is 10 (ten) years. Data processing is limited during this time.

 

​4.2. After the termination of the need for personal data processing i.e. after fulfilling the purpose for which they were collected, the data is immediately and irretrievably and permanently deleted.

 

 

5. Client rights

 

​5.1. A Client and/or a Potential Client who has consented to the processing of personal data may at any time temporarily or permanently revoke his consent to the processing of personal data.

 

5.2. The cancellation is valid going forward and does not affect the use of personal data before the cancellation has been submitted. Moreover, Veronika’ s place ensures the exercise of all rights in relation to the processing of information. A Client or a potential Client may at any time request access, addition or correction, deletion and restriction of the use of personal data.

 

5.3. A client or a Potential Client may file an objection to the processing of personal data via email: info@veronikasplace.com

 

 

​6. Miscellaneous

 

6.1. Veronika’s place hereby reserves the right to amend the PP at any time. Any changes come into effect on the day of publication on the website: https://www.veronikasplace.com/. By continuing using the services of the Trainer after the published changes of the PP means that you agree with it.
