Get your daily greens in! If you're not a fan of eating green vegetables, then you can add them to a smoothie. This is my favourite very nutritious and easy to make green smoothie with high protein content. It is very rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre to boost your energy levels and keep your stomach full for hours.
It's a perfect option for a breakfast to go, pre-workout or post-workout snack. You can prepare it also a day before and just grab it in the morning. The taste is sweet and you'll wish that it would last longer, because it is super yummy! 🤤

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 kiwi
1 scoop vanilla protein
Handful of spinach
1 tbs nut butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds
½ lemon juice
1 cup oat milk
½ teaspoon maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all of the above written ingredients into your blender and blend all the ingredients together.
Transfer the mixture into a glass and enjoy your smoothie.
You can also store it in a fridge up to 1-2 days.
