  • Nutrition coaching templates to help guide you with your nutrition and eating habits

  • Every 2-week check-ins with me, to monitor your fitness progress and adjust your training program if needed

I offer a limited number of online 1-1 private coaching spots. If you’re looking for a custom training program to help you reaching your goals, having direct support and my help to guide you along the way, then this is the right way for you.

HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

Private online personal training is happening via Trainerize, where you will get your own profile. Via app you will receive all your personally customised training programs that I will prepare especially for you. You will have access to a huge exercise library that will help you performing exercises from your training program correctly and efficiently. You will also have access to a library with lots of healthy recipes to get some new ideas for your meals and macro calculator to help you with your daily nutrition intake. You will be able to track your nutrition and daily meals, log in and follow your fitness progress and communicate with me whenever needed. I will be able to follow your progress and adjusting your training programs depending on visible progress and our every 2-week check-ins. I will be there for you every step of the way and help you reach your desired goals. Together we will create your happy place!   

 

HOW LONG TO WORK WITH ME?

Work with me as long as you want. Minimum is 1 month, but to see and get your first visible results, I suggest you go for minimum of 3 months.
