All information about my
training program
All my workouts can be performed anywhere and anytime you want. There are workouts for all levels - beginner, intermediate, advanced - working different muscle groups with big accent on functional movements. You can choose between lower body strength, upper body strength, full body strength, core strength, Pilates or HIIT workouts and stretching exercises.
The only equipment you need is yourself, mat and optional free weights (dumbbell, kettlebell) or resistance bands.

Hi, I am Veronika
My name is Veronika Kozamernik and I’m a 25 years old Slovenian girl living abroad (currently in Austria, Graz). 3 ways to describe me best: Interior designer, Musical actress, singer and dancer and licenced Personal Trainer. Three total loves of my life.
Sport was always part of my life but not in the same way I see it today. Honestly if you would ask me 5 years ago to go to the gym, my answer would be no way. At that time I thought going out for a walk or up the hill was enough. Then my boyfriend, who is a professional athlete, encouraged me to go to the gym and since then, It became a huge part of my life. Of course on my fitness road there were lots of ups and downs (overtraining, overeating, undereating) but by experiencing the whole progress by myself, I have learned the most. Now I know starting my fitness journey with a professional Personal Trainer would be a very smart option and save me lots of downs on my way. For that reason, to help and share my passion with you guys I became a licenced Personal Trainer.
I created Veronika’s place because I get so many questions how I train and eat on daily basis, overall staying fit. Let me say it straight. It is not easy for anyone, even for me. We all have bad days. But what my journey taught me is that DISCIPLINE is the one that keeps you going. Before corona virus I did all my workouts in the gym, but in these times I have learned that all that I can do at it home and you know what? I NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE! I want to show you that fitness can be your best buddy and help you feel STRONG AND HEALTHY without the need of gym, doing crazy diets and depriving yourself of eating food that you love. Trust me it doesn’t work on the long run. You just have to fall in love with the process and trust it. And when it becomes your best buddy, it will be for a lifetime!
